DELIVERY POLICY

- Free Shipping worldwide, no minimum oder;

- In some promotions, we charge delivery fee, but it will be informed in the promotion in case it happens;

- Many of our items are sourced in bulk from global suppliers, so don't be alarmed if you don't receive all items in a large order at once, we don't like to keep our dear customers waiting so we send each item as and when it arrives;

- Delivery time for USA addresses: purchase is expected to arrive within 12-20 working days, for all items. If you do not receive the product within this deadline, please contact us at contact.coolchickboutique@gmail.com and we will make the best to give you a solution.

 - Delivery time for all the other countries: purchase is expected to arrive within 20-40 working days, for all items. If you do not receive the product within this deadline, please contact us at contact.coolchickboutique@gmail.com and we will make the best to give you a solution. 

- In very few cases, It may be possible that your order takes longer to arrive due to
the customs procedures of your country;

-  Please be advised that every country has different customs laws and your product may incur other charges whilst in transit. Cool Chick Boutique is NOT responsible for these charges. But we will do our best to send it to you the cheapest, fastest and safest way we can.

- Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received. When we receive your order we'll send you a confirmation email of your purchase. We will also send you your tracking number once the item has been dispatched.

REFUND POLICY

- In case you receive a damaged item, or if the item does not corresponds with its description on our website, we will fully refund your order. Do not send the item back to the manufacturer. Please contact us in the e-mail bellow and send pictures of the item, within 3 days after you received it. Complaints after this timeframe will not be considered. We will answer you within 48 hours with the best solution for you.

- Once your complaint is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

- Sale items: only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
